What Startopsy is, and what it does for you
Startopsy is a validation workspace for founders. You describe your startup, answer a set of questions generated for your specific idea, and you get a scored diagnostic that tells you which parts of your plan are holding and which parts are still guesses. From there the platform walks you phase by phase — market, then real customers, then building — and only opens the next phase once you have recorded evidence for the current one.
It is not a business-plan template and not a general chatbot. Every score, risk and next action you see is derived from answers you gave about your startup, and you can trace each one back to its source.
The shape of the journey
- 01Free diagnostic (about 3 minutes)Describe your idea, answer 12 tailored questions, get a score out of 100 across six criteria.
- 02Phase 1 — marketSize the market, define the target customer profile, get a viability score.
- 03Phase 2 — the fieldLog real customer interviews and personas. Startopsy extracts the recurring patterns.
- 04Phase 3 — constructionProduct, go-to-market, lean canvas, competitors, team & equity, legal, finance, investors, pitch deck.
Before you start
- Startopsy is free during the early beta — no card required.
- You get three diagnostic attempts as an independent founder. Founders invited through an incubator get one, because the result is shared with their program.
- The product interface is largely in French, built for Algerian and wider MENA founders. Throughout this guide the real in-app labels are shown like Validation Marché so you can find them on screen.
- Everything is saved per startup, so you can leave and come back without losing context.
Honest expectation setting: Startopsy does not decide whether your startup will work. It removes the guesswork from what you should test next, and it refuses to let you skip the parts founders usually skip.
