Read your diagnostic report
Your Startopsy report is one score out of 100 broken into six fixed criteria — Problème, Cible, Solution, WTP, Marché and Scalabilité. How to read each one and what to do with it the same day.
The report opens with a single score out of 100 — your overall viability right now, not a prediction. Underneath it, your idea is broken into six criteria, always the same six and always in the same order, so you can compare one attempt against the next.
How to interpret each criterion
- Each one is marked
ValidéorÀ résoudre. À résoudre is not a failure — it is the work queue. - Bars are colour-coded: green from 80, amber from 60, orange below that, red under 40. Start with the reddest bar, not the easiest one.
- Every criterion carries two or three hypothesis questions written to challenge that specific claim. They are deliberately uncomfortable; they are the actual product.
- A second score tracks how complete your profile is, which is why filling gaps raises your score even before you gather outside evidence.
What to do with it the same day
- 01Pick the weakest criterionOne at a time. Fixing the worst assumption usually collapses two or three others with it.
- 02Turn its hypothesis questions into a testEach question is phrased so it can be answered with a conversation, a landing page or a small ad spend — not with more thinking.
- 03Bring the answer back inRecord what you learned in the next phases so your score reflects evidence instead of intent.
Your dashboard keeps the score visible per startup, so the number you are moving is always the same number.
