We respect your intellectual property. Your startup ideas, strategy profiles, and evaluation metrics are encrypted and are never shared, sold, or used to train third-party LLMs.

1. Information We Collect

To provide risk intelligence and pre-mortem analysis, we collect:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, password hashes when you signup.
  • Startup Profile Data: Information you input in the wizard (target segments, team profiles, metrics, burn rate, cash balances).
  • Validation Documents: Uploaded materials, hypothesis proof entries, and meeting notes.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to run risk evaluations, check metrics against the rules engine, retrieve caching embeddings, and generate your dashboard reports. We do not analyze your proprietary startup strategy for advertisement targeting or transfer it to third parties.

3. Security and Storage

Your strategy inputs and account credentials are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest in our databases using AES-256 keys. Access to server logs and database clusters is strictly restricted.

4. Third-Party Integrations

We leverage AI inference models (such as Google GenAI and OpenAI APIs) for semantic analysis. We transmit data to these APIs using secure zero-data retention endpoints, meaning these providers are legally prohibited from using your data to train their models.

5. Your Rights

You retain absolute ownership of your startup profiles and ideas. You can export your data or completely delete your account and all associated risk reports from our databases at any time via your dashboard profile settings.
