By registering for an account or accessing the Startopsy platform (including the Pre-Mortem Wizard, Risk Intelligence dashboard, and associated developer API nodes), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Startopsy claims absolutely no ownership over the ideas, business plans, documents, or content you input, submit, or evaluate. Your profile is entirely your intellectual property. Our proprietary code, algorithms, rules engine schemas, and visual layout remain the exclusive property of Startopsy.
Our risk intelligence metrics, rules engine results, and AI-generated suggestions are automated diagnostic indicators. They do not constitute financial, legal, or professional investment advice. Startopsy is not liable for business failures, loss of runway, or decisions made using the platform.
You agree not to overload our semantic vector databases or rules engine. Scraping, reverse engineering our diagnostic algorithms, or building competing risk evaluation systems based on our compiled rules is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate fair usage, run malicious scripts against our REST/gRPC endpoints, or upload illegal content. You can request deletion of your account and profile records at any time.
